This depends on the TLD (.com, .net, .be, .nl...) you would like to move to us. Basically, what you need to do is order a domain name transfer, and we'll guide you through the rest of the procedure. At present, there are three types of transfers:

Email confirmation transfer
The easiest and most convenient way to transfer your domain name to us. Once you submit the domain name transfer order, we will submit your request to the registry who will in turn contact the current licensee for that domain name. All that remains to be done is confirming the transfer by replying to the email that is being sent by the registry.
Fax confirmation transfer
If the email address is not working, or in some other cases, the registry may require the current licensee to fax a document confirming the transfer of the domain name.
EPP confirmation transfer
EPP is a new standard that more and more registries will start implementing. Each domain name will be assigned a unique EPP code which enables you to confirm the transfer simply by entering that code. In order to obtain the code, you will need to contact your current registrar who will give you the code
