If you would like to preregister your domain name in phase 1or phase 2 of the sunrise period, there will be additional fees to cover the costs of the sunrise registration facilities and validation of documents provided by applicants to prove their rights to the name. You probably wonder how we manage to maintain such a rate while you have seen price offers of 30 EUR or even more at the competition. The reason is actually quite simple...
As an agent for DNS Belgium that manages the .be tld, we are already familiar with the systems that EURid will be using to automate the registration process; actually, our systems are ready to process all registrations immediately, even if EURid would decide to go live tomorrow. This avoids the need for further investment in new software development, which we happily translate into better fees for our customers.
Also, did you know that, as an agent of EURid, we, as well as any other agent that is charging their customers 30 EUR and more, are charged 10.00 per domain per year. We can't possible defend a 300% profit margin on domain names, can you?

Absolutely! We work on a "no cure, no pay" basis, which means that we will refund you in full if we are unable to register your domain name if registrations go live in the beginning of 2006. The following rules apply:

If you paid for your invoices by wire transfer to our Belgian bank account...
We will refund you in full, by wire transfer to your European bank account. Any bank charges, will be for the account of the customer.

If you pay online with your credit card, or through your PayPal account...
We will refund your payment, deducting 5% for credit card processing fees. We would like to avoid these fees, but the credit card processor companies leave us no choice but to deduct this from any refund.

Please note that this refund policy only applies to the actual registration fee of 15.00 EUR. The administration costs charged for registrations in phase one or two of the sunrise period are non-refundable.

At SpeedPacket, we believe that any customer, small or large, should be able to benefit from the best pricing options available. Hence, we do not offer reductions for larger orders.
However, customers pre-registering at least 250 domain names only need to pay 10.00 EUR per domain name for the pre-registration to be registered; if we get to register your domain name, we will invoice you the remaning 5.00 EUR afterwards; if we are unable to register the domain name, this 10.00 EUR will be refunded according to the rules outlined above. (please note we always require 15.00 prepayment on the first 250 domain names...)
