At SpeedPacket.com, we like to give you as many options as possible, also when it comes to your payments for the services you purchase from us.
This page will give you an overview of how you are able to pay us at your convenience. If you require more information or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Online credit card payments

This is the preferred payment method we currently accept. Taking your credit card payments online, enables us to immediately process your payments and update your account with your new financial status with us.
To ensure that your credit card details will not end up in the wrong hands, we have teamed up with WorldPay who processes all credit card payments for us in a secured environment. Your credit card details will never be stored on our servers, nor will it be shared with any of our staff.

PayPal payments

If you own a PayPal account, we can accept your payments through the services of this payment gateway as well. Just like with our regular credit card payments, your payment through PayPal will also automatically update your account with us, so your record will always be up to date.

Wire transfers

If you do not own a credit card or feel uncomfortable using it in an online environment, we can also accept your offline wire transfer to our Belgian bank account. If you live within the European Union, we strongly advise you to use a EU payment which will cost you the same as a domestic payment within your country.

Always mention your customer ID and invoice number when making an offline payment; if you can't find these numbers, contact us for more information!
Please note that any banking costs charged by your or our bank will be for the account of the customer. If you need further assistance, please contact our billing department for information.

Direct Debit

If you are a Belgian resident, arranging your payments to SpeedPacket.com is just a matter of completing a form and sending it to your bank. Once we receive confirmation from your bank, our services will automatically debit your bank account whenever a payment is due.
Using the Direct Debit system, you will no longer need to worry about overdue payments, and you avoid all unpleasant consequences such as account suspension or the loss of your domain names.
If you would like to know more about getting a Direct Debit agreement for your account, kindly contact our billing department, and they will be more than happy to assist you any way they can.

Other means of payments

Please note that we do not currently accept any other payment methods than the ones mentionned on this page. Never send in cash via postal services or issue a check; if you need assistance using any of the above methods, contact us, and we will be able to assist you. Thank you for your cooperation.
